1) Acceptance

By accessing or using kiwiarenahub.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our policies as posted on the Service.

2) Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or close accounts that appear to be used by minors.

3) Account rules

• Provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to access your account.

4) Virtual currency & items

The Service may include virtual coins, credits, chips, boosters, or items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed to you, may be modified or removed, and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods/services. Any balances shown are for gameplay only and do not represent stored value.

5) Purchases & pricing transparency

Some Virtual Items may be offered for purchase. Prices, included taxes (including GST where applicable), and what you receive will be shown before you confirm payment. Purchases are optional and do not improve odds of winning money because there is no money to win. Except where required by New Zealand law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered/credited.

6) Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading conduct.
• No cheating, automation (bots), exploits, or interference with the Service.
• No attempts to access other users’ accounts or our systems.
• No copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security measures except where permitted by law.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Kiwi Arena Hub Limited. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes only.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access (and remove Virtual Items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, used the Service fraudulently, or to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Gameplay outcomes are generated for entertainment and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including applicable guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986).

11) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
